Wave Hospitality Advisors Inc was founded in 2009 by Jens von Gierke, after spending three decades in the hotel industry working for the ownership of hotel and mixed use assets and several hotel management companies in the operations of full service and luxury hotels.
Our clients benefit in every phase of their asset ownership by having each project reviewed and analyzed directly from an owner's point of view. We have worked on the owner's side for the last 12 years and understand the difference between a "quick fix" and a long term value enhancement strategy for highest potential exit or refinancing results for the ownership. We customize our approach with each client and clarify their investment goals and target holding window. Those specifics are reflected in the subsequent Investment Plan, which serves as the property's individualized strategic blueprint for success.

Our methodology for the advisor's role is very different from our competitors, who do not have the experience reviewing an asset or development from an owner's perspective.
