Crown Plaza Resort Guam
Guam, Micronesia
Wave Hospitality completed a full feasibility study for the renovation of the previous Fiesta Resort Guam on the island of Guam. The owner of the project is a public fund based in Hong Kong. Wave Hospitality led the successful negotiation of new management agreements with Intercontinental Hotel Group and is currently serving as the exclusive project and construction manager, both through the renovation and rebranding from Fiesta to Crowne Plaza, as well as asset manager for the hotel after the re-opening in the December of 2022.
Crowne Plaza Resort & Spa Saipan
Saipan, Mariana Islands
Wave Hospitality completed a full feasibility study on the potential renovation of two existing resorts, followed by the successful negotiation of rebranding the two existing resorts post-renovation. The owner of the site is a private company from Hong Kong. Wave Hospitality is currently the exclusive project and construction manager leading all renovation efforts which finished in October of 2022.
InterContinental Hotel Palau
Palau, Micronesia
A proposed new resort construction project on the tropical beaches of Palau. Wave Hospitality’s team completed a full feasibility and market analysis report including local market and tourism research, brand availability and negotiations, development budget and estimated operating projects. The owner of the site is a public fund based in Hong Kong. Wave Hospitality conducted the request for proposal process to select an architect, full design team and contractor, hotel brand, all of which are on board and moving forward with the Schematic Design of the proposed 192-room resort project and in its final phase of permit application with the local EQPB. Currently, Wave Hospitality serves as the exclusive project and construction manager for the development.
Willow Village Hotel
Menlo Park, California, USA
A new hotel development in the heart of Silicon Valley intended to provide rooms for Meta’s corporate business, currently under design review. Wave Hospitality is serving as the exclusive hotel development advisor alongside the developer, design team and contractor, in addition to insight into the market, projected hotel financial performance, and feedback from an operational standpoint.
Inness
Accord, New York, USA
A brand new development located in the booming Hudson Valley of New York, this property boasts a 12-room farm house and 28 cabins, on-site restaurant, swimming pools, golf course, event space and more. Ironwave Hospitality provides management services, including operational, accounting and human resources, as the team on-site continues to ramp in their first year of operations.
Hotel Kinsley
Kingston, New York, USA
A new development located in Kingston, Ulster County, Hudson Valley of New York, this property boasts 42 rooms across four city buildings and a bustling on-site restaurant. Ironwave Hospitality provides management services, including operational, accounting and human resources, as the team on-site continues to ramp in their first year of operations.
Residence Inn Jersey City
Jersey City, New Jersey, USA
A 152-guest room hotel opened in March 2017, incorporated with residential units, in a re-energized area located adjacent to a PATH transportation hub. Wave Hospitality provided services from the inception of this project – completed the initial feasibility study, brand selection and negotiations, development advisory, pre-opening and opening, before converting to the role of asset manager post opening. Ironwave Hospitality has been manager since March 2019.
Element Harrison-Newark
Harrison, New Jersey, USA
138-room select-service hotel opened as of August 2014. Wave Hospitality provided services from the inception of this project – completed the initial feasibility study and assisted ownership through brand negotiations and development, pre-opening and opening, before converting to the role of asset manager post opening. As of January 2016, this project is now managed by Ironwave Hospitality.
Timber Cove Resort & Coast Kitchen
Sonoma Coast, California, USA
A 46-room boutique property with full-service on-site restaurant located on the Sonoma Coast in northern California. Wave Hospitality’s Principal Jens von Gierke is co-owner in this property and lead the full renovation and rebranding of guest rooms and public areas in July 2016, including the addition of a wine tasting room. This project is operated by Ironwave Hospitality’s management team.
The Setting Inn Napa Valley
Napa, California, USA
A boutique, understated property that Wave Hospitality’s team assisted the owners in acquiring, conducting due diligence, rebranding and successfully reopening. This project is currently run under Ironwave Hospitality’s management team.
The Setting Inn Willamette Valley
Newberg, Oregon, USA
A boutique bed and breakfast in Oregon’s wine country that Wave Hospitality’s team assisted the owner in acquisition and due diligence, as well as provided project management services with the rebranding and renovation of the project that lead to its reopening in May 2021. This project is currently run under Ironwave Hospitality’s management team.
Standard East Village
Manhattan, New York, USA
A 145-room full-service branded hotel in the heart of the east village, featuring a full-service restaurant, Narcissa. Wave Hospitality currently provides asset management services to ownership on this project.
W Hoboken Hotel and Residences
Hoboken, New Jersey, USA
A 225-room full-service hotel located two PATH stations away from Manhattan. In addition to the current asset management services, Wave Hospitality was the project manager for the hotel’s multi-million renovation of the guest rooms and conversion of rooms to a small meeting room in 2017.
The Station Bar & Bites
Harrison, New Jersey, USA
Wave Hospitality supports this restaurant and bar, which was previously a meeting room at the Element Harrison-Newark hotel that was converted in 2016. The restaurant boasts a simple menu and caters to hotel guests and locals alike. This project is currently run under Ironwave Hospitality’s management team.
